We are a friendly and laid back Australian family with an almost 2 year old daughter, and are expecting another child in September.

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Au pair to join our family on holiday in France in July and continue as live in au pair in Edinburgh. 6 months to one year.

Duties will vary between holiday in France and at home in Edinburgh.

France: Supervising/ entertaining our daughter and her three girl cousins (twins aged 7 and 3 year old) during the day (there is a pool) and babysitting some evenings. You will have your own time as well to explore the area as we will be doing lots of things with the children.

Edinburgh: Nursery runs on 3 days (toddler in nursery 2.5 days a week), childminding and assisting with evening bath and meal times. Light cleaning and healthy cooking. Approx 25 hours a week including 2 nights babysitting (one on weekend). 2 days off a week. Assistance with toddler when new baby arrives.

You will have a loft studio room with wireless internet, own sky tv and separate bathroom. You will be paid based on workload (more in France). Central Edinburgh 5 mins on bus.

You must be a non-smoker, confident driver, love children and speak English well.
