Fantastic Live In or Live Out Nanny/Housekeeper job, Ladbroke Grove.

Single mum working full time in demanding job is looking for super-nanny to look after three lovely children age 9, 7 and 4 and to help keep the house running smoothly.

I am looking for a caring, kind, energetic and cheerful individual to work with us as part of the family to provide a happy, structured and stimulating environment for the children to thrive in. As well as looking after the children other duties include school and after school activity runs, organizing play dates, helping the children with homework, projects etc, laundry, keeping the house tidy, changing beds and cooking for the children. There will be additional household responsibilities, including dog walking, some food shopping and errands. We have a cleaner who comes twice a week. However duties would also include some ironing of the children’s clothes.

All three children are at school during the day, so this may suit someone who wants to study part time.

Hours are variable and will change from term to term. Currently hours are approximately 30 hours during term time doing after school childcare, dog walking and some household duties. During the school holidays when the family is not away the hours are 57.5 per week (7.30 a.m. to 7.00 pm Monday to Friday). In addition some babysitting plus occasional overnight stays when I am away on business would be required.

This is a great opportunity if you love children and you are a confident self starter with lots of iniative who has the ability to manage household concerns and get things done when I am at work.

- Start date as soon as possible;
- A minimum of 2 years recent childcare experience;
- A Minimum commitment of one year required although I would prefer the right person to be with us much longer;
- Recent checkable references and be willing to have a CRB check carried out;
- A Confident driver with a clean UK driving licence;
- Fluent English;
- Non smoker essential; and
- You must love animals and be happy and confident to walk our two dogs each day (not weekends) and help the children care for them and their guinea pigs.
