Mother's help Au Pair required to live-in

Location: Notting Hill, W2

I am looking for a mothers help/au pair to live in and help me look after my 4 year daughter whilst she is at school. She is a lovely girl, and very easy to look after. We live in a lovely area in Notting Hill, with all the shops and amenities just next door, and 3 tube stops to choose from close-by.

Here are some of the things I am looking for:

-trustworthy, fun, reliable , flexible
-fluent in English – preferably Polish, New Zealander or Australian (but will of course consider others as long as English is excellent)
-already living in the UK
-valid work permit/EU passport
-CRB check
-2 x references from previous employers who I can call
-minimum 1 year stay

I am looking for approximately 20 hours per week and 2 nights baby sitting. The hours required are:

Mon – Wednesday 7am to 8am and then pick up from school 3pm to 8pm
Thursday – 7am – 8am (only 1 hour required on this day)
Friday – DAY OFF


Duties will include:

- preparing my daughter for school Monday to Thursday (getting her dressed, fed, preparing packed lunch, etc.)
- taking her to playdates after school. Organising playdates with the other nannies and parents
- entertaining her after school through games, reading, arts and crafts, general play
- doing homework and reading
- preparing her dinner
- any daily light household chores required to keep the house clean and tidy and to help me out including my daughters laundry/ironing, cleaning up after dinner and doing dishes. Basically just helping me out as I work full time!
- occassionally running errands for me while I am at work
- babysitting 2 evenings per week (one of which may be a Friday or Saturday every other weekend) or perhaps helping some weekends instead to be discussed

In return, you will receive free accommodation and £100 per week - your hours will allow you to take courses during the day or work part-time elsewhere after school drop off and before collections at 3pm. And you effectively will have Thursday and Friday free!

Start 5 January 09.
(hours of work may vary during school holiday periods such as Christmas, Easter and mid-term breaks which can be discussed at a later date and during the interview process)

Here are a few things that you will get:
