We are looking for a lovely, caring and fun live-in au pair. Our current au pair is returning to her career after being with us for a very happy year.
You must already be in London and available to come over to meet with us for face to face chat. We are looking for someone to start in late February and to live with us for a long stay (one year plus).
You must be a good english speaker, have experience with children, non smoker, over 21 and EU citizen. You must also have checkable references.

What will you be doing?
Main duties include assisting our daughter, aged 9 and son aged 8, to get ready for school and taking them to school in the morning. In the afternoon duties include collecting children at 3.30pm and looking after them until 6.30pm (Monday to Friday). Their school is a short 5 minutes walk from where we live.
In summary these hours are 8am to 9am and 3.30pm to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday).
In addition to the above light cleaning and ironing is required for 3 hours (usually on a Friday). Two night babysitting per week which includes an occasional Saturday night, usually with plenty of advanced notice. In total the role is no more than 25 hours per week which leaves you with lots of free time.

Your Accommodation
You will have a very large, comfortable and light bedroom with own en suite bathroom on the top floor of the house with its own CD player, DVD and digital TV. You will also have access to a PC with broadband access to help you keep in touch with your family and friends.

Where are we?
Balham, South West London (Near Wandsworth Common and Tooting Bec Common) nearest tube is Balham (Northern Line – Zone 3) which is a short 5 minutes walk. It is 15 minutes into central London by tube or train.
Balham is a very lively area for socialising and has a good range of shops. Lots of shops, bars, cafes and a library and a gym/swimming pool close by. Also very good English Courses are available at colleges very close by if you wish to attend to improve your English. Our previous au pairs have attended South Thames College in Tooting (10 mins walk) and ELT in Clapham (short tube/bus ride) and found the classes to be very good. There are lots of au pairs living in the area and it is very easy to meet other au pairs at our children’s school or at college.

Pay: £80.00 per week.
